1. Rental Agreement:
    By renting equipment from Luna Silent Disco, a trading name of The Lunatech Group Ltd, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.
  2. Reservation and Payment:
    • Reservations are subject to availability.
    • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
    • Full payment is due prior to or upon delivery/pickup of the equipment.
  3. Rental Period:
    • The rental period begins at the agreed-upon time of delivery and ends at the agreed-upon time of pickup.
    • Any extension of the rental period must be approved in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
  4. Use of Equipment:
    • The equipment must be used solely for its intended purpose as a silent disco system.
    • Any misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification of the equipment is prohibited.
  5. Care of Equipment:
    • The renter is responsible for the proper care and maintenance of the equipment during the rental period.
    • In the event of any damage or loss of equipment, the renter agrees to compensate Luna Silent Disco for repair or replacement costs. These costs may be up to the value of the equipment specified within the online shop.
    • Luna Silent Disco reserves the right to assess the extent of the damage and determine the appropriate repair or replacement costs.
    • Any fees for damages will be deducted from the security deposit, and if the damages exceed the security deposit, the renter agrees to pay the remaining balance promptly.
    • The renter shall not attempt to repair the equipment without prior authorization from Luna Silent Disco, as doing so may result in additional charges and void any warranties or guarantees.
  6. Delivery and Pickup:
    • Delivery and pickup of the equipment will be arranged in advance.
    • The renter must be present at the agreed-upon location and time for both delivery and pickup.
  7. Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the start of the rental period are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 7-14 days of the rental period will result in a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental period are non-refundable.
  8. Liability:
    • Luna Silent Disco is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of the equipment.
    • The renter assumes all risks associated with the use of the equipment.
  9. Indemnification:
    • The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Luna Silent Disco from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the equipment.
  10. Additional Terms:
    • Any additional terms or conditions agreed upon by both parties shall be documented in writing and incorporated into this agreement.
  11. Severability:
    • If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
