Step 1: Select A Package
Select the package that best suits your event size and requirements.
Step 2: Delivery
Your equipment will be sent by a courier with regular updates and dropped off at the location of your choosing.
Step 3: Easy Setup
When it comes to setting up, its as easy as plug and play! Or, watch one of our how to videos or give us a call.
Step 4: Party Time
Once everything is set up, simply hand out the headphones to your guests and let the music begin.
Step 5: Collection
The day after your event, the courier will collect the equipment from you and return it to us for testing and cleaning.

We keep it simple! If you know what you’re after, you can book on the website. Otherwise, you can give us a call on 0333 050 2822 and our team will be happy to help you.
A return label will be provided and the courier will collect the equipment the next day after your event (excluding weekends).
Our courier will deliver your equipment the day before your event. Everything delivered will be good to go!
We understand that accidents can happen. Honesty is the best policy, therefore the sooner we are made aware of any problems, the more proactive and efficient we can be to resolve them. Please read our terms and conditions.
Everything can run of battery will come fully charged. However, we recommend using mains power for the Transmitters for prolonged use.
Yes! You can either rent one of our pre-loaded devices, or use one of your own devices as we include the adapters as standard.
Our equipment is very easy to set up and use! When you’re package is delivered, we’ll include an instruction manual to get you up and running. You can also give us a call if you run into a problem!
